For a trader to operate from the park, a lease agreement must be entered into , with the park management after paying the annual lease and security deposit.
After getting the lease agreement, the JAFZA license should be applied for with the Jabel Ali Authority, along with the necessary documentation and the license fee. The PRO of the park can handle all these service s for an annual fee. Jabel Ali Authority will issue a certificate of incorporation and a letter to the bank, indicated by the tenant. The tenant should open a bank account and deposit the necessary capital. Once the bank confirms this, license will be issued.

After the license is received, the tenant can apply for No Objection Certificate for issuing employment visas. Once JAFZA grants these visas and the employees arrive in Dubai, process is to be followed for getting the resident visas stamped in passport. After the visa, the ID cards for entering the park must be applied for. After the fit out is completed, the security deposit is returned.
